Thanks to all those who’ve been patiently waiting for my blog migration! I’ve worked so hard these past few weeks trying to get this new blog up and as perfect as can be before launching!
Some of the major changes I’ve made include obviously, a new look. But I’ve also added a contact form a privacy policy, and have big plans for the future (see the vision page).
In addition, I’ve revamped my gallery! The old gallery at radiantdreamer.net is no more, and has been fully integrated into the blog (which was what I had always wanted to do anyway). It’ll be periodically updated, so do check it often!
While my posts migrated, the blogroll didn’t. I can’t go through and contact every one of you to update your blogroll, so if you want to be added to my blogroll, make sure your’s is updated to http://radiantdreamer.net and then contact me with your URL! You’ll be added within 24hrs!
I’ll also try to hold some more contests in the future too. There’s a donation fund if you’d like to contribute to the pool, and I’ll try to get other sponsors as well. More on contests as they come.

Those that have been following me for such a long time will have noticed that it’s gone from a happy cheery themed wordpress blog into a dark and somewhat emo looking non-blog.
I’ve discussed this before with several friends on Twitter. You may be one of the people I’ve asked your opinion on it – whether to continue blogging on wordpress.com…
or, to migrate my blog to an actual domain name with self-hosting.
I’ve decided to migrate!
Wait what? So Radiantdreamer isn’t dead? Naw! I wouldn’t abandon my readers just like that! To think of it in a more self-ego boosting way, it’s like Jesus resurrected. In a way, the things that I’ve been busy with, the death in the family, and some things changing in my life, now is a good time to start a new chapter for RadiantDreamer. I don’t go down THAT easily!
The migration isn’t just a simple “switch domain -> 301 redirect -> ???? -> profit!!” model here. This is where I can jump back into blogging again (because I love blogging!) and present myself in a much more enjoyable and entertaining way.
That’s the whole reason why radiantdreamer.net redirected away from my gallery, and back to this blog here. Because I was busy setting up the new blog. It’s half-way done now, and I’m happy with the results so far. But here’s the important part of this post that you WILL want to know:
