Changing Gears

by radiantdreamer February 23, 2010 in Things I Find Interesting 31 comments tags: anime, changing gears, photoshop, radiantdreamer, sketching
Sorry for the complete lack of updates last week, as well as my lack of responding to all your comments. I’ve been quite busy with work lately, and I’ve also been laying it pretty hard with gaming (I finished three games this February!) I’m going to switch gears for a little bit, and change my priorities. With work coming on heavy, and me wanting to fit in more gaming, I’ll have less time to blog. [Edit: Added for clarification] What does this mean? This does NOT mean I’m stopping blogging. I’ll still be doing posts. Posting frequency will change – It may not be on time anymore. No figure reviews – it takes a lot of time to snap photos, and even more time to process and type stuff for them. More art – basically, more sketching, sometimes a full image. Photoshopping – may become more frequent, or less frequent. Dunno! Special features dropped – articles like Anime Pride, Current Collection, etc. will be put on hold for a while. Postings will consist of single image/wallpaper, and a youtube video. That’s about it for content. Comment replies will happen in bulk rather than instant. Comments to friends blog posts will […]

Singapore: Meeting with Comrades

This weekend, I was blessed with the opportunity to meet up with some Singaporean comrades, Zh3us,Yuki-To, Ederuferuto, User66b, and ScorchNRoses, who showed me around the city’s main Anime hotspots. While I’ve been to Singapore many times before this, I never knew where all the good anime stores were. I was limited to the major shopping malls, which were typically over-priced, and incredibly limited in selection. With my new friends, I got to see the more “underside” of where all the best stuff could be found.
